Altrincham and Hale Photographic Society meet every Friday from  September through until May in Timperley library. The meetings start at 7-30pm and run until about 10.00pm.

We also run by-weekly meetings from May-September.

We have four internal competitions on a set subject, plus an open section. These competitions are for digital images, prints and slides. They are judged by outside and inhouse judges.

We also take part in external competitions including the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Unions' annual print and digital imaging.

The society is affiliated to the Photographic Alliance of Great Britian through the Lancashire and Cheshire Photographic Union. We are also members of the Trafford Arts Association.
